Daniela Bryan specializes in discerning what matters most to leaders and their teams worldwide. She has successfully coached senior and international executives in thousands of coaching hours to live up to their potential in companies ranging from Audi to Visa, from Citigroup and Microsoft to Nestle and Toyota. Her breadth of experience in working in and with corporations, non-profit organizations, small businesses and start up companies allows her to relate to and shift people’s perspectives to success.
Before founding her own coaching company, DBCoach, in 2001 she was Director of Marketing Communications and Training for the Eastman Kodak Company in London for Europe, Africa and the Middle East, following an extensive career in sales, marketing and product and project management. Here, she discovered her love for working with leaders and their teams in extensive cross-European leadership training engagements.

Daniela graduated with a BA degree from the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism and an MBA degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management. She also attended CoachU and currently holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation.
Daniela manages a global business and estate, has lived in Germany, England and the USA and coaches in German and English. She is an experienced real estate investor and she has been general contractor for her homes in Germany and in California. Her two children are currently attending college on the East Coast of the Unites States and in Germany.
As an empty nester she now has the freedom to connect with clients, peers, friends and family all over the world.
