What is This?

Since 2001 I have been writing a letter every month musing about what I am noticing in the world of leadership, what trends I am spotting when talking with my clients and offering tools and resources that might be useful to leaders of all type. The early letters are all collected in my book Striking A Balance.

Why Would I Want to Sign up?

I am continually speaking with leaders from different industries and companies of different sizes, therefore, these letters provide a valuable perspective for any leader in organizations, in their community and for themselves. Leadership starts with Self, so reflecting on what works and what doesn’t is useful to all.
