These books are providing insight from current and former CEOs, Marines, Venture Capitalists and researchers. I have read each book several times and they have become staples in my library. Reading leadership books helps hone your awareness of what leadership really is and what it isn’t. Of course you can iterate and innovate with whatever resources are at your fingertips. But sometimes it is just useful to see how others are thinking about an issue. The more you read different perspectives the more insights you gain into your own leadership. You get inspired. You see more clearly. That’s what I want for you.
